What is our Design and Build system?

It is effectively one stop shopping for the client. All the professions, trades and specialists working together as one team.

The best results are achieved when the client:

1. Sets out his brief or requirements for what he wants to achieve.
2. Sets his fixed budget.

All tender prices are the same FIXED budget, then the competition is driven by the quality of the design. The best designs will give your business the best returns. The client gets the benefit of several designs (all produced under competition and without cost to the client) and total control of his budget.

As the Design and Build Team are then responsible for both the total design concept and detail plus the building/refurbishing works, there cannot be any claims for extra costs due to design or quantity inaccuracies as in the old traditional tendering system.

Not only will the most successful results be achieved by Design and Build the amount of time and effort taken up by the client is a fraction of that demanded by other systems.
